Quality management
A continuously high and calculable quality of our products for the customer makes us a reliable partner and safeguards our success on the market. Our Quality Management (QM) monitors and governs all processes and measures for the manufacture of high-quality substrates. The object of QM: To increase customer satisfaction on all levels.
Process controls enable us to increase our efficiency. They lead to continuous improvements mainly in the fields of production, product development and customer service.

The use of high-quality materials
Inspections of incoming goods of every raw material and added materials. The raw materials white-peat, wood fibre, green compost, composted bark and Perlite are provided with the RAL quality mark.

Production process controls

Determination of pH-value and EC-value (salt content) during production

Taking samples from every production charge, sealing and storing them in a cool place for at least six months.
